Returns

The goal at LES/EDC Leatherworks is to produce quality leather goods that you will cherish for many years to come. If you are unhappy with any regular-priced stock item purchased, due to material or construction reasons, you are welcome to return the item for a refund as long as it is in unused condition, shows no signs of wear (ie. scratches, dings, dents, etc.) and is in its original packaging.

Please contact info@lesedcleatherworks.com within 24 hours of receiving your item in order to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.

Due to the complex nature of sourcing special materials, all custom and made-to-order projects are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Sale and sample sale items are also final sale and are not eligible for return.
